A bit of a long shot but.....I came accross this quite interesting hull when I was fly fishing up in the Victorian Hill country about five years ago and am wondering if anyone possibly recognises it. And if so what's the story? I've often wondered about it and what may have become of it.

I don't really remember whether I decided if it looked like an oldish new build or a restoration, but it did seem a long way from the water for a restoration.

I can't remember exactly where it was, as it was about 2004/5 but it was somewhere off of the Great Alpine Rd. I drove from Bairnsdale up through Omeo to our old farm at Mitta Mitta and fished just about every trickle of water along the way so it could have been anywhere along there.

It was quite possibly near Doctors Flat.

Here's a bit of a bump - I've just been going back through threads trying to find one on cabin interiors and found this one that no one responded to from 2007.

It was a very interesting hull and I've never been able to find out anything about it.

Yes , it is interesting Greg.
I'd like to see it on the water.
There are quite a few people from Eastern Victoria on the Aussie WBF , it might be worth a try there.
Regards Rob J.

Thanks Rob, good idea. I haven't been on that forum for quite a while.
