Anybody got a source for portlight glass? Here's a pic of it:

Take the portlight to any good glass shop. They should be able to provide in the correct thickness, in either tempered or even laminated safety glass. Make sure you either give them the portlight or a masonite template that fits the opening.

We have one here on the Island called "Pane in the Glass", but there are many more around the country.

Thanks. I have all of the portlights out but chipped the corner of one digging the 1/2" of hard crap they sealed them with 47 years ago. I'll hit up a glass shop and see what they say.

I had a few made up in toughened glass. I wouldn't go near laminated. I replaced every window in Grantala and the only one I busted when removing the old ones was the single laminated glass one. The masonite template is good advice... Once the toughened glass is heat treated, that's it apparently. No more cutting.
