I have the boat and frames lofted. I'm sure I will need some help as I go along.
The Lumber should arrive on Monday and I will start right in building the Frames,Transom, and Keel.
I'm having some trouble understanding how the stem rabbet should be but I think I can work it out.
Great set of plans.
I'm really looking forward to doing this. Its my first boat and have had a very fun time of it so far. Any help with that Stem Rabbet I'm having a hard time understanding with would be appreciated
I will keep you all informed of my progress.
Thank you Anita for all your help and background info on the boat and for supplying the plans.
I have all ready received some great help here and wish to thank all again.

Wish me Luck I will need it.

We all know that Bart is a 14' 11" daysailer, but how about some pictures? Shane doesn't even have a sketch in his Imagestation album. :(

Magnifying it at the album here (http://www.imagestation.com/album/?id=4291486295) seems to be a lot clearer than this one has turned out??...

Actually mate theres two Al Mason albums... the one above with the smaller under 20fters and here with the over 20ft sail boats... Al Mason album # 2 (http://www.imagestation.com/album/?id=4291498197)

Wonder if I should just bung everything in the one album??? will have to think on it...
Take it easy

"Building Small Wooden Boats" by Rossel has a good section on developing bearding and apex lines when all you have is the rabbett
