A couple of things from the Bahamas cruise last week. Maybe you caught the working antique lighthouse. Here's a couple more shots.
I thought this was a good carving at first glance, but no, the pet sunning itself on the William Albury's bowsprit was very much alive:

And then there was this. The "kayak" is a pair of aluminum extensions to the plane's floats. After boarding, they get pinned alongside, which increases the size of the floats. In practice (they said this was just the second time they'd tried it) the pilot walked around in the knee-deep water to put everything back together and retreive the anchor. Don't know if it's really practical, but looked like a fun way to tour the Bahamas.
