Vegetable soup, glass of milk and about a dozen pills, one shot...went to bed....

Boneless chicken breast, sauteed in white wine and chicken stock, with sauteed onion and sliced mushrooms, and baby peas and sweet corn smothered in butter.

swmbo made baked chicken wings , drummies , which i showed her how to do , they weren't bad , she also made some hash browns which i also showed her how to do , a roasted pepper salad , raw carrot and snow peas in a ragout she did on her own and still pretty good

I'm working nights, 6pm to 6am. Dinner is always breakfast.

Dinner was chuck steak,slow cooked in tomatos and onions,nothing special. Dessert however was really tasty. Key lime pie made with real Key limes. They're not common in the markets here so I usually make do with Mex limes.Believe me the real ones do make a big difference.I had pie for dessert last night, pie for breaky and there's a slice left for lunch... I think I'll have an early lunch
