Hi all,
I have a problem with WBP plywood - it's aviable here only in square pieces with 152 cm. side. To make bulkheads (for Golant Gaffer) I need bigger size, so I'll have to glue them from severall pieces. Will them be stiff enough, and how it's better to do it (maybe with two layers of thinner plywood, owerlapping glued places with full pieces)?
sorry for bad English

In the USA, we can buy metric plywood the is about 3 meters X 1.5meters. It sounds like you have plywood that has been cut in half and I would think that the full sheets are available somewhere in Georgia.

If not, the best method would be to either scarf pieces together or lay up alternating thinner sheets as you propose.

Thank you for reply
I was told by importers that they do not bring bigger sheets, cause nobody will buy it, there are not too much boatbuilders here:)

I, most often, make up bulkheads of T&G cedar in three layers with the inner layer set at 45deg. Glued with epoxy.

Use two layers of plywood, with staggered joints, and use tapered scarfs for the joints. Glue the whole thing together with epoxy. Finally, glue and screw it to a "ring: of frames and deck beam. It'll be as strong as if it were one piece.
