Anybody have a recommendation for a great tool bag? Many many pockets and that is actually designed to be used. I'm still using a canvas riggers bag; it's got pretty many pockets, but it is way too small. But at least the pockets do make sense. Most of the bags out there have pockets that don't make sense.
I'm considering the CLC bag at Depot that has about 54 pockets, w/ zippers on two sides and space in the middle. Some of the pocket setups I wonder about though, no real specific ones for screwdrivers for instance ( the rigger has good ones for that).
Anybody familiar with the Big House at Deluth Trading? I've looked at the Veto Pro and am not sold on it even not considering the very high price. The CLC at Depot is actually a pretty good buy at 50 bucks.

I have yet to find a toolbag that I'm fully satisfied with. I finally made a wooden tool box to hold most of what I need, with screwdriver holders on the side of it. You can try the Bucket Boss, it has lots of pockets and does hold screwdrivers really well, but it fits over a bucket, so it can get a little bulky, and heavy if you overfill it. Otherwise, try the square CLC electrician's bags. I used one for years for apartment maintenance. They have pockets for everything and are only around $25 or $30. Also, they're square, so the sides stay more rigid and you don't have to dig around in them.

Duluth trading is nothing short of BRILLIANT. I have several of their products and am fully satisfied. They're a little spendy compared to the Chiwanese trash available; but you get a good product that does exactly what they say it will.
I've got one of these (http://www.duluthtrading.com/store/clothes-footwear/mens/vests/insulated/86072.aspx?feature=product_3) and I couldn't be happier.

I'll 2nd the Duluth Trading Co. I bought a firehose canvas jacket for around the shop that is indestructible and well made and it was quite a bargain IIRC.

Another good source for a very usable bag is any electrical store or a store that sells Klein Tools. They have several bags meant for electricians etc. that have many pockets and are very durable. I do like the Duluth bags but try to buy US made products as much as possible. I've been using one of the canvas bags that our host sells in the Wooden Boat Store. I've used it for several years and so far its held up well and has many pockets but is a bit crowded in the center section so it requires a bit of unloading to find things at times.
