I know, I have been gone for awhile... but it has been time well spent.

My wife recently got in a car accident ( she is ok).. And even after insurance, it drained my boat fund dry... And i mean dry.. upwards from $3000 had to be spent. So my baby is sitting in the garage waiting for her hull.(the boat, not the wife)

So i am going to throw a line out here and hope i get a lucky bite.
Anyone have any ply they wanna sell cheap in the Tennessee Valley?

If not then she is going to have to wait another year... sigh.

Rob,

I dont have any cheap ply but will be ordering some in the near future (1-2 weeks) from Edensaw or other respectable place?? Let me know if you want to "piggy back" with my order. Might save you some on shipping and maybe we can get a price break for quantity. I live in Huntsville, AL.

Rob sorry to hear about your wife and glad to hear everything is okay. Can't help you with the plywood, but I hope everthing works out.

Don't be a stranger. I've been wondering about you. Glad to see ya back.

Don't know what you're looking for, or how much, but I have some excess plywood. Would have to look to be sure exactly what, but believe there are several sheets of 6mm okume and 1/4" fir, 1 sheet of 3/4" fir as well as some good sized offcut pieces of the same. Also have some other solid lumber you might be able to use. Have a factory sealed carton of 1/2" balsa contour core ( I think there are 25 2' X 4' sheets) if that would be any use to anyone. Also have several rolls of peel ply. The structural part of my boat project is complete and it would be good to clear some of the excess materials out of the shop before I decide to start building another boat!

Stuff happens. Spend the year with the kid in the photo, and do the boat when you can.
