Hello all,
I'm new to the group. I have a 1959 Penn Yan Magellan. It was my fathers and now I'm bringing it back to life.
It's coming along well. Cayuga Wooden Boats in Ithaca, NY did the major structural work and now I'm on the time consuming detail work.
Question: I have a few Lapstrakes leaking. I've seen suggestions on repair ranging from epoxy to 3M compond.
Can anyone suggest the best leak repair procedure to repair with the laps in place and the boat NOT upside down?
