Do you have an image of what you want your current boat to look like and what it currently looks like?

Boat(s)!
Well, my Dragon and the newest ancient Finn just came out of the shop and they look pretty good. I haven't laid eyes on the schooner in weeks so I really don't know what it looks like but I would imagine that it looks pretty grungy. The Megabyte looks fine. My real concern is that I get the Stars worked on next year, that and covers. I am a big believer in full covers, and the Dragon only has a cockpit cover right now. A full cover for the Dragon ordered from Canada is around $1500 US, and covers for the Stars run about $650 US. I need to replace both Star covers, so you can see that just taking care of new covers is around $3K US, and at the very least I need to get the 'racing' Star sprayed (probably another $3-4K US).
It's an expensive hobby. After this 'year from hell' I really can't even think straight when it comes to boats. I have been sailing three or four times all year. Hopefully next year will be better but I couldn't guarantee it. If not then I am going to have to re-evaluate things and maybe go ahead and move some of the boats on to new owners. At the least I will always keep the Dragon and, for the time being, the Finn. Those seem to be the classes that I 'must' have to keep my mind in the game.
All that I really want is for all of my boats to look really good all the time. That's not much to ask, is it :)?

My ketch could only look better if it weren't a thousand miles away.
My Friendship would look better if it floated.

I know, it's awful early to be posting last season's cruising pix, but what can I say, it's been raining for the last 3 days, seems just like last summer!:)

What I would like her to look like.
I have made some teak toe rail to help create the look.
When I get to replacing the cabin I will have the coamings flow back to the hatch.

Thanks noah,
She is a rhodes 33 one design. Built for racing in So Cal waters by South Coast Co. The Rhodes evergreen class, lake one design and sounds inter-club are all slightly differing sister classes.
Rescued from the sawzall early last year, its been an all consuming project. Im finally getting leave from the ship I work on to get back to San Diego & spend some time working on her rather than just funding the shipwrights & cant wait.
The one in the second and third shots is another rhodes based in LA.
