You only have the illusion that you are staying young. Age will catch up in time. Nice photos, by the way.

I cannot believe that my 25 year old wife has 4 and 5 year old grandchildren.

              not possible.

If your wife had gotten pregnate at 15 and she is 25 now her kids could be at most 10. No way they could have their own kids.

Chad, it's bizarre isn't it? I go for parts of the year not seeing my daughters and what bubbles up inbetween are images of them at 4-9yrs old when I see other little kids.

It's all in your head. Which is a good thing to have.

Re: Why do they grow up and yet I stay young?

God bless 'em all. I hope that they can make this world a better place.

My three are 24, 24, and 20. One's working as an accountant, one's just graduated from business school and is getting married in three weeks (and then moving away to who knows where, but right now it's either Dallas or Columbus, Ohio), and my wee baby is a senior in college and already working for the government, something she had planned on doing for a long time. I just don't understand where all of those years went, because yes, I still feel the same as I did 25 years ago. I still love the same things. I still get excited about the same things. Sure, I get tired a little more easily and I wera larger clothes, but I do not feel that I have grown up yet. Maybe you never do feel grown up?

Ah, I wish that I could give my wife's hand a gentle squeeze right now. Sometimes it gets lonely out here.

                      Sigh...

                      Twins are already 6...

My daughter is 16, stepdaughter is 17...
