Hello,

I have recently painted the hull of a stitch and glue dinghy using two pack Northane paint.

All went well with the paint laying on nicely and providing a bright and fantastic fininsh.

Problem is that the surface has little tiny bumps in it across a number of large areas.

Not sure what cause it. The surface was sanded flat, dusted then wiped clean. There was no dust in the air as 4 days past between sanding and painting etc. Used a good foam roller. Mix and measured all bits as required. It didn't rain and weather was nice all weekend (not to hot o cold). Tipper obeyed instructions well.

I'm a little a lost as to why it occured.

The only solution is to now either sand back and repaint or wet and dry over a weekend and lose the nice gloss finish.

Any advice in terms of how / why this occured and possible solutions would be appreciated.

Thanks,
