G'day Bob .Once ,some time ago, you posted a few photos of your bench ,I remember it had an interesting end vise and a few other feature that would suit me well and it's time for me to get a decent bench built !........but I've lost the photos I saved .
Could I ask you to post a few ? A search didn't find them .

Thanks Bob , that was the photo series . It's about what I need ,especially the end vise .Are the two outside handles connected with a chain or are they separate ?
Dimensions ....about 30" x 7 foot ?

There is a cunning way to do the chain link ed vise ...using a couple of Ford jack threads , 5/8" Acme with a nicely threaded block and a bike chain or if you're me , something scrounged off a nameless dismantled machine .The slide bars could be hardwood or a couple of lengths of 7/8" stainless round bar .Hardwood busings .
Interesting to see the McJing web page , I've bought tool steel from him at shows .
