I'm not really sure where to put this as it's not an ad. I'm giving up my 36' slip in Skyline Marina, the gateway to the San Juan's. This slip allows a 6' overhang for a total of 42' LOA IIRC. I have a lease until 01/09 but am talking with the owners to let someone else have it. The rent is currently $400 per month. It's in a gated, secured section of the marina with a full time Harbormaster on duty that lives onsite. It's a very nice slip and marina that will allow a liveaboard. It does require a 300K liability policy.
