I'm planning to travel to the Bay Area sometime this fall or early winter and wonder whether anyone knows of Part Swaps so that I can plan my trip around one.

Check www.latitude38.com for the non-race calendar. There should be some marine flea markets in the Fall, just don't remember exactly when.
