Well you are looking (figurativly speaking) at the new (again) college student.

I just got back in the office from UCLA (University of Chattanooga Left on Aminicola). Actually that is really a joke, the school is Chattanooga State Technical Commumity College. Amnicola Hwy is actually the name of the road that it fronts.

But anyway I went and re-applied for addmission and registered for my classes. Here is my schedule

Statics & Strengths of Mat'l I (MWF 11:00-11:50)
Construction Safety (M 5:30 - 8:10)
Contracts & Specs (W 5:30 - 8:45)

Count 'em that is 9 hours.

Next semester I will take S&S II, Physics, & Construction Planning & Scheduling, another 9 hours.

Than I will be able to graduate with my AAS degree in Construction Management. Than I can go right into my juinor year at UTC to pick up the BS in Construction Management. By the time I get my BS they plan on having the Masters in place and I can get my Masters in Construction Management.

You're aware of the new GI Bill? Don't know if you've deployed, but the new BIll is an incredible good deal. If you've got any active duty since 9/11 you're eligible for some percentage; 36 months and it's essentially a free ride plus housing (E5 BAH at the plus dep rate).

Look it up on the VA website. Starts next Aug.

This time is going to be different than all the times before. Before I always had x amount of classes to take with no laid out plan of how to get there. I was just taking classes that headed in that direction, always moving forward but never seemingly getting anywhere, and than the money would run out.

This time I have the plan and I will graduate this spring with my AAS.
