That looks like an interior for a 40 footer shrunk down for a 30 footer, without regard to the space requirements for an average pair of human bodies. ;)

It's a 40' LOA, 30' LWL boat (10' beam, 4' draft)...but the headroom forward looks to be at best only 4'.

That's right. I see now that the drawing can be enlarged enough to read the legend.
