After months of hard work, I finished putting a new bottom on the 18ft. outboard cruiser I am restoring. Like the original bottom, the new one is 3/8" plywood. I plan on fiberglassing it later on. And yes, I did the whole job with the boat sitting right-side-up. Here's to getting the toughest part of the job out of the way first!
