Each spring there are questions about latex paint. Here is our Drake, with a new coat of Home Hardware's Best Exterior Latex, which we've been using about every 2nd year or more since we bought her.
It's strictly an easy-over-with-120-grit and then roll-and-tip job, but looks pretty good.

Unfortunately the scan isn't perfect, but the original shows a clean, attractive job.
