Looks suspiciously like a Sam Morse knockoff. Price seems reasonable.

This boat has been on the market for a while now. Some of the info I have from another site ( http://www.watsonvilledentalclinic.com/info.html ) , and perhaps is on this site also seems to have some funny frame spacings, that don't seem match my set of plans that where drawn, I suppose this doesn't matter much. The displacement is somewhat lighter than the ballast plans I have in my set. I have 4 ballast/displacemnt arrangements and the lightest is 16,800.

I'm pretty sure it has been for sale for close to 5 years. When I first started looking around I saw this, it was at 185 or so then. That's a lot of coin for 30', even if that's what it cost to have a yard build it for you. Pretty hard to get your money back out of it. You don't have to spend that much to get a good boat and its a buyers market. Having said that, there is a lot of junk out there. Certainly a beautiful boat though.
