Sawmill Creek?

Anyone here use the Sawmill Creek forum? I just signed up and cannot for the life of me figure out how to post a new thread. I looked and looked on all the pages and see no button to 'post a new thread' or similar.

I have sent several emails to the admin and have not gotten a reply.
Can anybody clue me in?

Have you tried opening a sub forum?
The 'post new thread' button is on the top left much like in 'misc boat related' here.
