I tore out the cabinets, what a waist of space there was. I decided to remove my full size stove and go to a smaller stand alone oven, and a 30" cook top. I am removed my double sink and install a single sink I got out of a 1968 37' Chris Craft. I installing a fisher dish washer / stainless front.

My cabinets will have a pantry now witch didn't have before, I will go from six hard to use drawers to seventeen very useable drawers, got to love that. No painted wood in my kitchen it will all be dark cherry. I know some like the lighter woods but everything I am doing I want to look like 100 year old ship, just in new shape. I just don't wont it to be dated like so many boats that get remodeled. Don't go with what is in at the time redo it to what still looks good after fifty years or more.

Well I got my upper doors installed I took these photos I took with my phone they really don't do them Justice. I wanted it to have it look like without looking like you were trying to look like a house kitchen.
