Looking for Boat Owner

I took a picture of a large sailboat off the shore of the UCONN Avery Point campus (just North of the mouth of the Thames River). The only markings I can make out are on the sail, they are "IVB" "088". There is also a flag on the stern that looks something like the Bermuda country flag. IVB is the British Virgin Islands, their flag is blue.

As with all British colonies maritime ensigns, the British Virgins maritime ensign is red. Their state flag is blue.

BVI used to be a popular "flag of convenience", Bikini seems to have taken over.
