Search method?

Can anyone help me with doing a search on this forum? The search engine they provide is lousy at best and I seem to remember there's a way to do it through Google?

You can use Google's advanced search and type in the site, or just enter a search phrase like this in the standard Google Search page:

"sprit boom" site:http://www.woodenboat.com/forum/

This will result in searching the forum pages for the words, "sprit boom".
