Keel repair question

I need to repair a few spots where I have blisters on my keel. There is water intrusion there. I've ground out the blisters and now have clean surfaces to repair. I think the inner core is lead with some kind of a white coating over it. Shall I use Interlux "Formula 27" for these areas or should I use a different product? --- possibly "Marine Tex"?
