I like a lot of their products and use them regularly in Boaty things and in my real job. When it comes to helpful though MAS has always been good to me to the point of me sending them a sample and they sent back it glued up with step by step instructions. Its nice that when you get into a deep project to have an engineer call you with a follow up and to make sure it came out right.

I had a couple of times when calling the Brothers that I got slim to none in the response.
Great products but with a hint of big outfit when dealing with them.
