Here are some long anticipated (by me at least) progress pics of my work on Solace. Glued up with Aerodux 500M. I'm not putting much faith in the recent posting regarding Resorcinal failures. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed. Anyway the keel will be through-bolted with the floor bolts eventually.

this is the first bronze casting i did in a class a few weeks ago with sam johnson in portland Oregon.

Mark...edit your url entries by removing the ".orig.jpg" from the end, leaving only a ".jpg"

Also be sure there are no spaces in any of the url's.

Looks like fun! Gotta love the formaldahyde fumes, dontcha? Been sniffing that stuff all day myself. I wouldn't worry too much about glue failure... We've done many destructive tests of our cut-off frame ends (well, tossed 'em in the woodstove, anyway) with no delamination whatsoever until the wood itself is gone. It's a pretty well proven product with a good track record.
