Can anyone help me with this info, this is all i have from the original owner who states the boat he gave me is a 1961 i.h.i. craft boat. The boat is made of mahagony and mahogony venear plywood. He states the boats were made in japan and there was not a lot of them made. Any and i mean ANY info will be greatly welcomed an followed to the max. thanks for the help if there is any..... p.s. i will be downloading pics in the near future. thanks again wingman...:confused::confused::confused::confused: :confused::confused:

We have had 3 IHI mahogany runabouts over the years and have one on the water, recently restored. contact us at squam35@hotmail.com

There is one and only one IHI listed in the membership directory of the Antique & Classic Boat Society: a 22 ft. outboard runabout located at Mount Dora, FL.
What does IHI stand for and where was it located?
