I am working on my hull and starting to scrape out the 3M4200 I pushed in to stop the massive leaks just to be able to fairy the boat down to Detroit from northern lake Huron. What should I fill the cracks with....? Should I be knocking in caulk rope? What ever I need to do, is there a book on how to do it? Cheers.

Dude. This is pretty serious. You need to post up some pics for the pros to see.

I don't know if you can see them very well in this picture, but the white stripes on the underhull is the 3M4200. I can get close ups next weekend. Cheers.

Thanks Thorne.
There was a seminar at the 2007 WBS about caulking. Good session.
I've got a few miles of caulking ahead of me.

Anyone think splines might be in order? I dunno. Just curious.
