Re: Ron Paul to be on Glenn Beck show (CNN) Tuesday
I liked the part were Glen sent Paul the death threats Pauls 'followers' sent to Glenn. Paul couldn't say a word. He has attracked every wackco fringe group in the country. Any candidate who has a neo Nazi website like 'Stormfront' running a 'Support Paul' banner on it doesn't deserve a single vote. 'Stormfront' sent Paul a donation. Paul came to know about it and kept the money saying "I can't help who wants to support me". Trouble is the idiot didn't realise by taking the neo Nazi money it is Paul who is indirectly supporting the neo Nazis.Comment

Paultards, painfully naive, historically ignorant, yet obliviously aggressive. After the election, after Paul's doomed campaign dies, they will all have to return to their mom's basement and their life of internet porn and gaming and the occasional science fiction convention, which they attend in the guise of a Klingon.Comment

At least the American voter knows a neo Nazi, racist, anti Semetic 'tin-hatter' when they see one.

But for God's sake don't anybody agree with our agent provocateur. He'll report you to his bosses at Homeland Security as a malcontent."For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations,

Originally posted by Norman BernsteinWell, there's the catch: instead of trying to use reason, evidence, and persuasion to enlist support, it does seem that at least some of his followers employ the tactic of personally attacking anyone who DOESN'T support him.
Hardly a way of getting followers into the fold, is it?
Or maybe it is just the mood I'm in today...the theme of the last day or two for me at work has been negotiation, or bringing people together to resolve disagreements.Comment

Hate? No. Fear? Yes. Don't think there has been so much adualtion since You-know-Who was wowwing the "folk".
What this guy has done to suddenly become such a political rock-star is beyond me. His collegues call him "Dr. No". He's against everything. He has reduced government to the proposition that if the founding fathers didn't speak of it the modern day government is barred from engaging in it. Looks perfectly simple. Is intellectually silly. Is a ticket to all the freedoms Americans experienced in 1880. Things like kissing your arse goodbye when you reached 48 years of age because that was the average lifespan for a man back then.
Paul is so low on the polls that he has not experienced what can be dished out by the top drawer campaigns. If you see him as put upon by the bashing he gets now you will be horrified to see what will occure if he becomes a competative candidate.Comment

But it'll be a great debate, won't it? What are the answers to alcoholism, drug abuse, teen pregnancy and big, corrupt Federalism? Just say no. Simple. Seriously, what's wrong with a simple answer to excessive government?Comment
