The STRESS!!! Was extreme and I dont think either Jo or I or Bens parents Lee or Greg will get over it for some time yet... seriously I didnt think it would be so much stress... but it went EXCEPTIONALLY brilliant... weather was blustery but the rain held back the beach was great and the people most wanted by the bride and groom made it in time from all points of the compass and many parts of Aussie and the globe.

And so the day came and has gone and with it our third daughter the fantastic sportnut hoonberry young Tiffany (ala flea ala tooooeee!) has become a wife to an amazing young man named Ben (ala boofhead ala buddha)

So please be upstanding and charge your glasses to the bride and groom

Mr & Mrs Ben & Tiffany Murray!!

Please be patient as I upload the photos so far to shutterfly and post a series of photos to tell the story... but it truely was a fanbloodytastic day! ABSOFRIGGINLUTELY!!!

And so to begin...

The bride getting some last minute alterations by mum before the show...

In typical Tiffany fashion its hysterics for the day!

HOLD THE HORSES!!! Theres a loose whisp of hair... Dad and younger sis Bethy to the rescue

All done alright Im ready wheres that man of mine!

Meanwhile.... half a mile away Ben was sayin "I can do this... I know I can... maybe??"

And after much swearing cursing and stressing Ben did what all sons do in moments of crisis... called for...

"MUM!!"... "oh I love you mum"

And finally the boys were off to the beach

Meanwhile back at the Brides place Dad dressed like a wally had given up even bothering trying to tie the sodding tie and called in the cavalry

"JODY!!!" "damn! thank gawd yer here woman!"

And so FINALLY we were off!! In a 57 Caddie mind you!! oooooooooh yeah!

And on the beach head we paused and tied the ribbon to each other and with a vice like grip my baby girl faced her new future with bub in arms

BUT!!... the bub in arms proved too much in all the excitement and the veil took flight and with a quick jog down the road by the caddie driver and a quick rescue by Nay was called for

And now there was no turning back!

And we started the haul down the VERY STEEP INCLINE to the beach venue!!!

With Bella running down the stairs and Lukas clinging like grim death on one arm and a daughter clawing the other I bravely took those stairs in leaps and bounds!!

And finally I was able to smile with Lukas (we were dressed the same you know... ooh twas indeed our finest hour!)

So where was I?

oooh thats right waiting for the professional photographer to get the "proppa" pics uploaded to his site so we can access them  But for now we will continue blithely along with what we have from all sorts of strange weird an wonnerful peoples

Soooo we almost RAN full pelt down the beach to where her man was standing

And finally I delivered her up to him and he undid the ribbon that attached my baby to me and I transfered the ribbon to him... very symbolic it were

But she like all blushing brides my young Tooeeeknickersknees didnt have eyes for her daddy any more... somewhere along the line Id become somewhat redundant... sniffle sniffle... which is precisely what Lee was doing behind me and Greg was tryin like billyoh to control... without ANY success mind you... later you will see how successful both he and I were at keepin the ol chins from wobbling out of control and the waterworks to stay behind the eyesockets... not.

And so I wandered over to me corner and stood beside me youngest son Joshy with Brie and Jac on each side to watch the rest of the unfolding of my bub to her man

And baring one more shot {which Im waiting on!} thats the end of part 1... stay tuned for part 2

oooh and I didnt have a haircut heck I didnt even brush me locks!! wouldnt have made a stick of difference if I had cause bein so flamin curly they woulda just gone troppo at the smell of the wind and what you see is what you woulda got anyways so nope didnt cut or do me hair... but she wubs her dadda so it didnt matter to her one iota!... like she or anyone else would have noticed

Proud in me redundancy ;)

Thank you all... as part of my and Tiffs extended family over the last 10 years I we felt we should share the day with you all... so I will update as the pics come available and I upload them to shutterfly
