There are 2 young blokes out in the Tasman at the moment on their way to NZ, here's the website

I don't know whether to be amazed or horrified .Selfishly , I'm really glad they aren't my sons .
I wish them all the luck in the world .

Dont worry about it, the tasmans a piece of cake if you paddle between the 960 lows that pop up every week or two in the 40's.

Did I mention the swirling currents, boiling eddies, raging storms and giant squid? The west coast of NZ is a popular spot for finding 30m squids washed up.....they dont need luck, they need meds!
