The guys at St. Augustine Marine who ran the travel lift were just champs. I don't know what the appropriate tip % for a travel lift operator is, but they certainly earned the $20's I slipped them.

Years ago a friend coined this the "36-grit grin" - i.e. a grin 36 grit sandpaper couldn't take off.
