A little misty-eyed myself. What a fitting tribute and memorial to Dave. What a magnificent obsession, Margo. What a fantastic community effort from all the helpers. What a beautiful result.

She is stunning, Margo. You did a great job bringing Ray Hunt's masterpiece back to life.

Congrats doesn't really go far enough but it's all I can say at the moment...misty-eyed as well.

BTW--those waters and shores sure look familiar. I lived on my Gazelle up Sebastian Creek a ways, just short of English Harbor....I think it was called Sebastian but I might be remembering it wrong.

"I've gotten so much support from people on the Wooden Boat Forum," she said. The forum is an online message board sponsored by Wooden Boat Magazine. "I made a lot of friends on there who supplied me with an abundance of invaluable information, advice and just general good wishes."

Some members of the forum even came down to St. Augustine to help work on the boat, in exchange for room and board and a tour of the city.
