Removing paint

I'm trying to remove some oil based paint painted on Epiglass Everdure epoxy. It's in a very fiddly area in the bilge. I've tried using a heat gun and that didn't budge it, so I'm thinking of trying chemical paint remover. Any ideas please?
I think the paint was International brand, it was put on about 18 years ago and is a bit flaky in places.

Interlux make a specific paint stripper that will not affect resins like polyester... don't know about epoxies, but I will assume it will not attack it either. Of course, a really sharp card scraper might work too.

Thanks Peter. A scraper would get some of it but there are buttstraps with clenched copper nails in the way as well.
