I had a guy threaten a receptionist that he'd come back with a submachine gun once. Not that its really relevant, but he was Arabic - and I guess that was his way of saying he was really pissed off. I took him in to my office, got him a cuppa and sorted out his problems. I guess he wouldn't have got as far as my office without the threat ... but hey, the poor young receptionist........
