I think they do it on purpose

I can sit here all day and watch the phone and it will not ring. But let me get on an important phone call. That's when all those return calls start coming in. I can be on the phone in the office and my back door number start ringing while somebody is calling for me on the main line and than my cell phone starts ringing.


As soon as I get off the phone they are no longer calling me. I guess they plan this out like this just to drive me crazy.

Oh, do I know that one........... In the service business it will be slow all week and Friday at 3 pm I get the calls "The machine has been messing up all week and now it doesn't run" Or "could you check it out I am worried it won't last the weekend"

My phone rang today. Scared me out of my shoes! I didn't know the thing was hooked up!!

And they keep doing it to me. Man you could bottle this and use it as torture.

I hate the sales calls on my private line. Male or female calling I tell them I am getting busy with myself and if they help me with auditory assistance I will accept what they are selling. Calls don't last long after that except I had a magazine salesman that wanted to play along once. Good for laughs.

The other one is I ask them if they have the news on, if they say no I tell them a city here in the US just got nuked and its on CNN. That works too.
