Hey folks, I went to look at this one myself, a little too much for me to take on. Hull, deck, house, and rigging appear solid from a novice's eye (deck was redone in 2002 but needs at very least new canvas and rub rails), but interior is gutted, needs everything there. When I first saw ad, was $4000, now ad says $6. Not sure if that is accurate or not, but where it is moored is high rent (Seattle Yacht Club). Perhaps he wants it gone yesterday. Anyway:
