OK, I am a partisan Gator Fan, but I have never seen an offense like this before. They have two enormous quarterbacks, and these guys can run. Not like the scrambling running quarterbacks in the mold of Randall Cunningham, they run like fullbacks. Fast fullbacks. When Tebow is in the backfield you don't know if he is going to launch a 50 yard pass or go up the middle for 15. And the new freshman backup looks even scarier, he runs right over tacklers.
They run, they throw, they run the option, they run the single wing, as one of the commentators noted tonight, Tebow is the only QB playing football who can run a play action with no other back in the backfield.
Its a different game with these guys as QB.

I have been waiting now for a year and a half for Tebow to stick his head somewhere he doesn't really want it to be. It is going to happen sooner or later. Any fool that leads with his helmet the way that Tebow does is going to get hurt. And from watching Auburn's latest phenom yesterday (Kodi Burns) I would say that he comes from that same school, the school of Vince Young, where you play a single back or no back set and just have the qb option off of the the defense towards the weak side or take it himself (which these guys seem to prefer to do well over 50% of the time).
All hail Urban Meyer and all that. He is a genius and deserves every bit of the accolades that are thrown his way, but the SEC is the most physical league in the country and it is usual to have your quarterback try and avoid getting plowed into if possible. These knuckleheads go out looking for someone to hit. Well, they're going to get their wishes fulfilled. It is going to happen. Just a matter of time.
Oh, and I am sure that Chad saw the game. He probably doesn't feel like chatting about it as of yet.

Saw that - Florida looked awfully good. LIked the Auburn/Alabama mixer, as well. And don't forget Oklahoma - especially on defense.
Didn't like what I saw in the USC/Nebraska game, but you put USC, Florida, Oklahoma and maybe LSU, you've got a nice playoff.
The game day crew ESPN were sure mentioning Tebow a lot for Heisman.

How 'bout a shout out for that Alabama/Arkansas game?
What a sweet sweet comeback drive to end the game with a win for Alabama.

I can barely type. Been awake for about 31 hours now and I've got another 6-7 to go before I can crash. Was it worth it? Oh yeah. It was worth every minute of it. I will remember that for the rest of my life.

Yeah I saw the game. :(
As much as it pains me, I have to say that Florida looked awful good. I still reckon that TN is an awfully good team, but Florida made them look like a Big East team.
Watching the Falcons at the moment and Jacksonville just scored 3.
I'm really not liking the state of Florida today.
