LAS VEGAS (AP) -- O.J. Simpson was arrested Sunday on charges related to an armed robbery involving sport memorabilia, police said.
Simpson was arrested shortly after 11 a.m. and is being brought to a police office, Capt. James Dillon said. Police are still determining charges against Simpson.
if Several police officers were seen entering the hotel where Simpson is staying; a security guard said police took Simpson out a side door shortly after.
At least one other person has been arrested and police said earlier Sunday that as many as six people could be arrested in connection with the alleged armed robbery that occurred in a room inside the Palace Station casino-hotel on Thursday.
Simpson, 60, has said he and other people with him were retrieving items that belonged to him. He told police no guns were involved. Police said two firearms and other evidence were seized at a private residence early Sunday. Walter Alexander, 46, of Arizona, was arrested Saturday night on two counts of robbery with a deadly weapon, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, conspiracy to commit robbery and burglary with a deadly weapon.

Lawyer fest againNah, he's basically broke, won't be able to afford a 'dream team' this time around.:D

OJ is such an idiot, NPR claims he could face 30 years for each of seven felony counts for this little gig. Funny how justice works out some times. Wonder what his jury will look like this time???

A lot of legalese (http://www.learnaboutlaw.com/newsletter/asset_protection.htm), but at least some exposition (http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m5072/is_n11_v19/ai_19388477) of the situation. Just amazing what lawyers can do when given their heads.

That's sorta true.....however, the U.S. Has signed some "interesting" treaties with a few countries recently so that it makes it easier to put their hands in your pockets without you knowing until it's too late.....

I think it has something to do with having legal residence in Florida. Florida law makes it an absconders paradise. If you file for backruptcy there, so many assets are excluded, going thru' the process is a walk in the park. You can go bankrupt in Florida and keep millions in personal real estate and pensions.
If Orenthal James official residence becomes a slammer in Nevada maybe the California courts can get a second chance to suck him dry.
Here's hoping.

Not to be too facile with the psychoanalysis, but he's a narcissist with strong sociopathic tendencies. Does anyone doubt he brutally knifed his wife and a completely innocent friend to death? If they've finally caught the bastard in his egotism, and are going to put him away, I'm glad.
