I saw drawings of this boat in a book by C.P. Kunhardt. She's a 'plank on edge' cutter built sometime in the 19th century. I was wondering if the Wooden Boat brain trust could provide any information on her.
Thanks

Do you have a reference for the Kunhardt book, page number, etc.?

BINKER sounds interesting! Any description or pics?

Compare the lines of Surf to those of Madge in the same book. You'll see why Watson's boats were quicker than Harvey's. Harvey put the center of bouancy much lower, so the ballast was working pretty hard just to keep Surf from laying on her side.
