O.K., future neighbors. Eric's got his eye on a piece of property in Potrero, Ca. This is a few mile from my hooch on the hill. The locals are foaming at the mouth angry, but I think it will 'help the local ecomomy.' There is other more suitable land for Blackwater in the area, should the purchase be blocked by an anti-mercenary hoard zoning regulation.

Standing Army's were not a part of the original vision of our founders.
In fact they were quite vocal in warning us of that trap.
Now we have standing private army's.
