The owner of Speedway Motors has published a great deal of his museum collection at: http://www.museumofamericanspeed.com/
The Engine Collection (http://www.museumofamericanspeed.com/Collections/Engines/EngineAllThumbs.shtml) is, to my knowledge, unrivalled with regard to American racing engines.
Hope you enjoy.

Wow.
I'm impressed, and I'm not even a real gearhead.

Just what I needed to see.
I have been having inclinations towards buying/building a 351c for my 70 Bronco. I used to have gearheaditus really bad. Everything else on the truck running gear wise is already overbuilt , Including the toploader 4spd from a SCJ Torino adapted to the small block that's in it now.
Word of caution. . .Do NOT go into youtube and type in your favorite engine in the search box if you are afflicted by such a disorder.
Impressive
We have a festival here once a year called Speed on Tweed. They do timed lap races. It's amazing the number of vintage and veteran racing cars that attend.
