Hamilton Marine in Maine. Skene sort made by Buck Algonquin--4" for up to 5/8" rope. Nice for about $19 or so a pair. But you'll have to file/sand a wee bit for a smooth surface. Mine was a bit pebble-ly from the casting but took only a few minutes to make fine. 1-800-639-2715.

I got bronze hardware for my old-timey electric launch. First set was the "as cast" finish - inexpensive but next to impossible to polish up to what I really wanted. Finally gave up and ordered polished parts from Hamilton.
