Great looking boat Steve..... Why so long of trailer?
The boat hauler carries much larger boats than mine most days. :)
I'm heading back down to the boat in a few minutes. Then Family Boatbuilding Festival in the morning.:)

I bet there's a story behind putting that mast up.
The story with stepping the mast is I paid $160 to have the marina's rigging crew put it in with their crane. :) The real story involves getting her to her new mooring. Let's just say that it was a very low tide.:eek: So low that we couldn't get to the dock. Or my truck which had the dinghy in it. Luckily for Mark, Holly and me Mary got out of work a few minutes early and came to our rescue:

I don't think I actually got a shot of her at her mooring, it would have been a good one with tonight's amazing sunset. Here's a better shot of the mast in place:

Here's Holly and me:

What kind of ugly boat is that stubby cube in the back?
http://i146.photobucket.com/albums/r241/bauerdad/Ostkust/IMG_1055.jpg
This...THING is so ugly it should be scuttled and the owner charged for serious taste aberrance.

Gareth, the Compass Project is launching the 20 Bevins Skiffs that we've been building since Sunday morning at 1pm at East End Beach. I'll give you a call later this morning.
Steven
I'd forgotten about that, I spent most of the day in the area.

Sorry, I LOVE your boat ... as with true boat lovers, I am also interested in TOSMO ... I am no blow and/or power snob like many others.
Some folks are a bit insecure/immature!

I don't have a problem with powerboat either (even own a little 1930 clinker built motorsnekke), but this "thing" is just expensive junk. Then again, when people spent their money on things like this they don't get the idea to spent it on a beautiful boat and ruin its looks with biminis, ugly doghouses and stainless steel rails.
