Triathlete dies in Massachusetts

38 year old man dies during quarter mile swim at the start of a triathlon. Other swimmers and kayakers assisted and a safety boat got him to an ambulance but it was too late. Very sad.

I'm going to enter my first triathlon soon but am waiting for them to shorten the swim to 50 feet, the bike ride to the length of a basketball court, and scrap the run.
