OK, not as easy as we thought. Our flight out of TN was cancelled due to....crew rest.... We are now heading to Detroit (an hour and a half later) and then on to Providence, ETA 3:30..
Margo, last we heard was still in Jacksonville suffering from cancelled flights as well...

Running to the gate now....

80% chance of rain, thunderstorms, etc. this afternoon and evening at the airport in Warwick, RI. A cold front is moving in that should reduce the heat considerably.

Of course, this was supposed to happen Wed. night and we didn't get a drop of rain.....welcome to NE weather.:D

Lee, you planning to go through NYC during rush hour? You're a better man than I am;)

If that were true it would say some really strange things about the demographics of northern New England. Seems like about half the residents of Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont drive Subarus. Yeah, I'm exaggerating, but they are very common in snow country...

Well....... MMike and Sue's flight is delayed half an hour, giving them a 15 minute connection in Charolotte.... Anyone taking odds? I see this turning into a long evening..... I really hope they land in Hartford before 8:00.....

I'm gonna miss all you fine, crazy people at the WBS. Best of luck with the travel arrangements and have a mad rant or two on me.

When I was wee we used to drive to northern Michigan. It was eight or nine hours, a sweating station wagon. When we got to Gaylord the peanut gallery started asking "Are we there yet?"

Finest wishes to all the WBF alumni. If I weren't in the middle of car troubles I'd be there.

From what I hear you are..... Margo got diverted to Charolotte SC and because MMike and Sue's flight was delayed, they ended up hooking up ("Look, Mike....In the restaurant....With the red hair.....Looks like Margo!....") So they're on their way to Hartford. Margo will then drive all of them down here at god knows what hour..... Hopefully her bags will arrive with her.... 8 pounds of St. Augustine shrimp doncha know....(Wonder how that bag smells right about now..... UGH!).... Margo will sleep with Webster, and everyone will be happy that they finally are almost "there"..... Looks like tomorrow AM for anyone expecting to see the boss lady at Mystic..... I'll have her all fed and cleaned up by then....I even went out and got some of that "Store bought soap" for the occasion..... :D
