for those of you that read SA.
Outside in the yard is one of the 12’s from Fremantle, the one that lost its bowsprit after a protest and was unbalanced and slow after the modification.

Sounds like he had a nice little jaunt around the country though.

IIRC its NZL 20 from the early 90's. It has a tandem keel and is owned now by an American man. It appeared here about 2 years ago maybe.. maybe a year/ 18 monthjs( time does fly), and has sat on the hard ever since.
edit. hmm been here at least since 03, perhaps its just the last couple its sat on the hardstand.
