Around here they do work and work hard ,during the day BUT, they keep the cops busy at night breaking up fights, getting them off the road because their drunk at night, driving without a drivers permit WHILE DRIVING DRUNK,beating up their wives or their women ( which seems to be the norm) They seem to believe car insurance is an "option", so ya dont wanna get in a car wreck with one.
