The turn over was constrained by limited space and a dirt floor.We fabricated up four columns with chain hoists and slings and then spun the boat in the slings. (We reinforced the stress areas with trusses inside the boat.)
The chain hoists/columns will also be used for reinstalling keel, so the outlay is cost effective.
